Launch of area of service at Northgate, Shared Services!

We are excited to launch the new area of service at Northgate, Shared Services!

This new area of Shared Services will provide a centralized and consistent service, supported by subject matter Human Resources experts through a team approach to servicing our associates. We have invested significant time to plan, organize and develop our processes and systems to ensure you have the best associate experience possible.

Some of the categories you will be able to get help and information on through Shared Services are: HR Care Services, Benefits, HR Systems (UKG and Mi Familia), Company policies and Associate Handbook questions, education administration (WAFC, ESL, GED), leaves of absences, HR Compliance and wellbeing related questions including time off and additional wellbeing resources.

With Shared Services, you will get to speak with an associate who understands our Northgate Culture and will care for you and your needs like family do to one another. Our Shared Services team comprises former and current Human Resource team members who have over five years of experience in the field.

You will be able to contact your Human Resources team through multiple ways of communication:

  • Associate Focus Groups:
    Join our associate focus groups to share your thoughts on your experience as a Northgate Associate. It is open to all our Northgate associates. These take place on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at 12 PM. Information to log in will be shared separately.\
  • Voice of the Associate:
    We are creating multiple touch-ins through focus groups, open houses, associate hotline, the launch of our associate experience strategy, & future engagement surveys.
  • Self-Service:
